Our products are sold to trade clients and authorized agents. If you are an interior designer/architect and have an online trade account with DIVYA Living, please login to request a quote. We accept ACH Transfers,Company Checks and Credit Card- Master,Visa, Amex and Discover.
All sales are final. All goods are made to order once a sale has been made, therefore orders are not cancelable after an order has been put into production. If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase the customer must inform DIVYA LIVING within seven days of receipt of item(s). DIVYA LIVING will work with the customer to resolve the problem; however, DIVYA LIVING is not obligated or required to accept the return of any item.
In compliance with the protocol for environmental management in accordance with ISO 14001, DIVYA LIVING’s production facilities are equipped with latest technology. As a measure to protect the environment, the Company uses eco-friendly dyes and chemicals (only Oeko-tex certified) and takes responsibility of disposal very seriously in order to meet today’s strict ZDHC standards. Environmentally friendly and exemplary production conditions are our contribution to preserving the planet for future generations.
