Technical Capabilities & Performance
A Foundation in Natural Materials
Our brand essence is rooted in the organic beauty and tactile luxury of natural materials. We believe that hospitality spaces deserve the same artisanal soul as a private residence, which is why we specialize in sourcing the finest raw fibers to create rugs with a sense of place. While our heritage is in natural textures, we are a true custom house—possessing the technical expertise to engineer any fiber blend or construction required to meet the specific foot-traffic and maintenance demands of your project.

Highland Meadows Clubhouse Project
Design: J Brice Design International
The Specification: Custom 80/20 Axminster
For the high-traffic common areas of the Highland Meadows Clubhouse, we engineered a bespoke Axminster solution. Utilizing an 80% Wool / 20% Nylon blend, this project achieved the warmth and acoustic benefits of natural wool while gaining the structural tensile strength of nylon. The palette—Ash, Celery, Oatmeal, and White—was custom-dyed to coordinate with the facility’s transitional architectural finishes.

Multi-Family Residential Development Project
Design: Hartman Design Group | Partner: F2 Resourcing Collaborative
The Specification: Multi-Design Curation for Common Spaces
Design: Naias (Grey) – A sophisticated 70% Wool / 30% Linen blend. The varied stripe rib and high-low strie texture create a tactile, weathered aesthetic inspired by coastal elements, engineered to maintain its structural integrity in high-use social zones.
Design: Hesper (Fawn) – Constructed from 60% New Zealand and 40% Mediterranean undyed wool. This design utilizes a Timeless Abrash technique, leveraging natural color variations to provide an organic, durable surface that naturally masks wear.
Design: Terric (Grey) – A 60/40 Wool blend featuring a speckled basket weave. Reminiscent of artisan textures, Terric provides exceptional underfoot comfort and acoustic dampening for communal corridors and lounges.
